Blowhole is a character on the animated television series The Tick.
History[]
Blowhole's first known surface journey was in the year 1985, when he rose from the Atlantic ocean and ran across America. During his run, he (likely inadvertently) swallowed J.J. Eureka Vatos. In 1995, he arose from the Atlantic once again to run across America. Coming through The City, a group of supports and a news crew were waiting for him. The reporter covering the story accidentally got tied to him with the microphone cord, although she continued to try to interview him. He also accidentally swallowed Tick, Arthur and Carmelita Vatos, who used an inanimate wooden boy to smoke themselves out. They escaped, and Blowhole continued to run off into the distance.
