Captain Lemming is a character on the animated television series The Tick.
History
He is a superhero who protects The City. He makes a short appearance in the first episode, as he attempts to save The City from the Idea Men by jumping from a tall building (Huh?). He later seems to be trying to help Tick in the video game by doing the exact same thing. It does have more effect in one way or another, as he hurts whomever hit crashes into.
